Fish Creek is a wonderful place to remember forever and ever!  It has all the ruggedness of northern Wisconsin as well as the natural beauty of the entire northern Door County peninsula.  Outdoor adventures are our specialties!  And what better way to spend a Friday evening than to enjoy a Fish Boil!

In fact, you can’t visit Door County without going to a Fish Boil; this outdoor cooking ritual has been a local tradition for well over a century.  If you have never experienced this tradition, you must try it.  Whitefish steaks and small potatoes are very carefully cooked in a stainless steel kettle or cauldron over a wood fire.  Kerosene is then poured onto the fire, causing flames to shoot high into the air and the water to boil over.  And of course, the chef tells the story of the history of the ‘Fish Boil which originated in Door County’.  What a wonderful and fun evening for all!  You just can't miss this!
